How To Style: Corner spaces

Corner spaces can be difficult to fill.
Depending on the entire layout of the room, they are however some great design tips to create amazing corners.
I am going to use all MADE.COM items to illustrate some of my favourite ideas.

Design Tip no.1- Armchair/Accent chairs.
Again depending on the space, choose an armchair that tucks into the corner nicely without protruding out too much. To create a nice space, add a small side table and lamp. Do not forget to add more dimension to the corner walls by using art prints and/or mirrors.

Armchair: Knox accent chair
Side table: Rayit side table
Floor lamp: Truman Task floor light

Design Tip no.2- Stools/Pouffes & large plants
For limited spaces, I would recommend a stool or pouffe as they are much smaller in size and create a similar design aesthetic. Adding a combination of large and small plants/planters will then emphasis height and elongate the space to make it look larger.
Lighting such as pendants create a nice ambience and the use of wall art or printed frames finish the look.

Pouffe: Hetherington small brass base pouffe
Pendants: Frey drop cap pendant
Rug: Cubus doormat
Wall print: Geometric rectangles

Design Tip no.3- Wall storage
For a more practical approach, storage works well. Storage solutions like leaning shelves provide a function and can also be aesthetically pleasing when you add vases, books, and plants.

Storage: Mino leaning shelves
Lighting: Starkey wall lamp
Prints: Geometric rectangles/ Abstract Knot
