Versace Home Collection 2019
Versace is defined by its glamour and non-restrained style when it comes to their fashion collections; both runway and ready-to-wear, so its unsurprising that their home collection has the same conceptual style.
Set to be revealed during Milan's exclusive Salone Mobile furniture fair, the high-end luxury range will consist of five different sets of furniture that will express and combine the brand's rich Italian heritage with modern design; Pop Medusa, Medusa, Jungle, Rhapsody and Logomania.
Naturally they have been “influenced by an amalgamation of mythology and pop culture”, according to Versace themselves.
I am looking forward to seeing the full collection, as I find it interesting that it is divided into various sub-collections. Seeing as the house of Versace has so much Iconic prints and design concepts, this collection is rightfully going to give the feeling of nostalgia.
With collaborations with artist Andy Dixon and Interior Designer Sasha Bikoff to be displayed, the exhibit is sure to be a highlight during the fair with just a limited amount of entree tickets to be given out daily during Design Week. The exhibition will be held at the Versace villa in Milan from April 10 to April 14.
